Hi, my name is Jeet – I am a direct-response copywriter that specializes in email marketing.
In 2016, I stumbled upon an internship with viral YouTube sensation – Asian Boss, look them up on YouTube they were a channel that made videos on sharing authentic voices.
However, throughout this internship, I came across a burning question -
“How do you create content that change people’s lives”
This led me to start my own YouTube channel – Simply Jeet, which is about helping young millennials pursue their passions and dreams. The channel was great while it lasted and I gathered about just over 1,300 subscribers and a few coaching clients here and there.
Although.. I had one realization throughout this.
The problem was that it may be amazing to pursue your passion, but it would not be possible without some sort of financial backing.
You see, I searched for the answer through my mentors and peers for months of what would it take for people to be able to pursue their passions and at long last, came to the conclusion: “acquire financial freedom first”.
If you want to be able to do what you like, you need to have passion. But passion is not enough, you need business skills and you need the ability to generate an income.
That was what led me to learn the skill of copywriting, the ability to sell with your words. Copywriting is salesmanship in print.
As you may know.. the lifeblood of any business comes from sales and marketing. Which is what I positioned my service as - a revenue generating service.
